Golfers – Keep your head still – especially if you wear glasses
This is particularly important for golfers who wear glasses to keep your head perfectly still.
I did it only once, how important I started my own glasses. Before I made my first pair of glasses I have no sympathy for other golfers who have to endure. But when I began to change his glasses as I held the head of a golf shot.
I know that golf coaches tell you to head to keep the perfect waveSwing>. But I found it very difficult to do, if I wanted a complete turn of the shoulder. So sometimes turn her head slightly. As long as I concentrated on the ball through the strike, I found that works well.

Then I discovered that the only way to get to see consistency through the center of my glasses. No head tilt. And I bend to keep the ball from the middle of my glasses in total.
I swing the shoulder loose, but at least not miss out on golf balls – and no more than normal anyway.
