Elite athletes
We are a fool "the term 'industry. I see constantly so that coaches and trainers of young athletes. In previous articles, I spoke with you about how some coaches used the word" peak "of their young athletes, and try to get there, boys are ready to orgasm for a specific game or meet at the end of the season.
I explained several reasons why you can not.
Advanced research methods, such as the climax is a concept and system that applies only tomost elite athletes and can determine if and only if, other intangible aspects of sport performance closely monitored and dynamically adjusted accordingly. Nutrition, sleep, healing factor /, mental / emotional stress … E 'crucial aspects of the peak to be treated.
But here's the problem. The majority of coaches and trainers:
A) I do not know nearly enough about the complex nuances of cycling power, strategies to restore or mental / emotional stress relief for useare properly within a system peak.
B) has the ability to coordinate a young athlete's life or to plan nearly enough for the right to organize all of these additional questions so important to the process of the Summit.
Physical education of a young athlete will receive only a part of a larger and more complex puzzle. Another term that we throw around so carefree and "elite".
I asked this question all the time.
"Brian and IWe appreciate your development strategies, but as you can get results more quickly with my young athletes. "
Here's my answer … It is better to be ready to listen and receive this message.
Young athletes are not elite.
No doubt this is the biggest problem in understanding the whole mystery young athlete.
Just because a child 14 or 15 years happens to excel in one sport and play on a high level, not necessarily deserve the name of their elite.
StateElite Athlete is confidential and not for adults only athletes but also for those whose life and purpose is built around the success of one sport in particular.
You can, however, with the desire to succeed – many young athletes are not as confused. But when we adjust the denominator of the "elite" of a young athlete names will automatically change the way we teach them – and it is a huge problem.
We are looking for skills development in the push for power and profitsimmediately. The transition from teaching in our free economy trying to attract the improvement of the optimal speed.
We forget that the athlete in front of a young body, with a nervous system and the structural needs of the training necessary for their overall development.
Perhaps more importantly, we forget that an athlete "Elite" is which direction is a critical factor in nutritional surveillance. Repair factors are part of the training protocol. Mental and emotional stress levelsare examined and applied.
All these different concerns are included in the analysis and interactive development of elite athletes. With children, are almost completely forgotten.
Here's a look at a typical day of training for Elite athletes who have prepared are:

This is not lifean elite athlete … This is the typical life of a child.
I want you to think for one second that I do not think hard training in the habits of young athletes. I would not give the impression that I do not want your young athletes train hard and with a purpose, not you.
But any citizen who eats 2-4 meals a day (any kind, with poor nutrition), receives a minimum sleep and not recover to do with the mental / emotional stress at school, girlfriends / boyfriends, and aoften full of intense social life can not be justified as an elite athlete to be selected.
Also, you can not like a train.
